We all know that brain is a major and a vital organ in our body and without the brain, all the things will not function correctly and fully and if we do not know how to increase the capacity of our brain. We will do the routine work on the same analysis. It is estimated that we only use 40% of our brain and some great scientist have used more than that normal people use only 8% of their brain while great scientists like Albert Einstein have used 15% of their brain and if we do some changes too small things that we do daily in our life we will be able to increase the capacity of the brain and we will be able to increase the power of the brain. In this stressful life, no one has the time to do meditation or yoga but in the time, I will tell you a technique which will help us to do increase our brain in short amount of time. All you have to do is wake up early in the morning and do breathing exercises it is simple and easy. You have to close one of your nostrils and breathe through only one but remember that you to breath strongly, breathe strong as you can and when you do for five minutes your left hemisphere will be activated powerfully and do the same with right one for five minutes and your right hemisphere will be activated more powerfully. If you even do for transformed totally, you will feel the confidence in yourselves and you will get more logical and reasoning ability and sleeping is also an important factor in our brain activation because the things you do daily in your life will give your energy and will make you feel tired so when you sleep you have to not focus on your thoughts but you have to focus on your breath. Breath is the only things that stay with you forever so focus on your breath daily. This will make your sleep more functional.
To know that when you wake up how you feel that is you feel that you are tired,then your sleep was not efficient because thoughts were appearing on your brain but instead if you focus on your body you will feel the power in yourselves and you will feel more energetic when you make up in the morning. It is also said by scientist that playing games that are strategic and logical will increase the power of your brain because of your brain activities by playing these games but it is a myth that games are not good but it is totally wrong. Too much of anything is not good for health but if you do it in limits it will help your brain to work more actively.
